Julia Abraham is a vibrant, community-minded REALTOR® who comes from three generations of real estate agents. Julia values a balanced lifestyle. Her career harmonizes with her time spent with family, getting outdoors, and taking precious moments for herself in the day, however short and sweet.
The flexibility of a career in real estate greatly appealed to Julia. So did building cherished friendships, connections, and community through her work. It was these core values Julia first saw modelled in her grandmother, and this exemplary role model would later inspire Julia to launch her own career in real estate.

A Career in Real Estate History
Julia’s grandmother was a top-producing Ontario RE/MAX agent of 35 years. A community-minded soul like herself, Julia admired her grandmother’s heartfelt connections to clients and the broader impacts she made in her city and beyond. But being close to home always mattered most. Julia describes her grandmother as “always present for family celebrations and always there when we needed her. Her work ethic and commitment to our family was commendable.”
Harmony and Balance
When Julia started a family of her own, she discovered the way to establishing a harmonious lifestyle for herself was by setting some ground rules with clients. “I think setting boundaries and expectations with my clients is a key component to balance in this industry,” she explains. “My clients respect that I have a family and know that I will always prioritize their needs. My family also appreciates the flexibility of my career and are supportive when the hours are long.”
Modern technology has also been a contributing factor in Julia’s success as a REALTOR®. The ability to work from anywhere and respond virtually to clients in a timely manner has allowed her to multi-task both life and work. But she acknowledges technology can only go so far: “Although I do appreciate this convenience, I still prefer business face-to-face as much as possible. That client connection and relationship-building is a big part of the business I enjoy.”
For Julia, client care is paramount: “Customer service is my number one focus for my business. I strive to provide an exceptional experience from start to finish to set myself above the crowd.
