Chantelle Lysyk loves three things: communication, culture, and community. These values serve as the pillars of her career and her character. She is grateful for the mentors who guided her from an early age, starting with her grandpa (Dido) who imparted more wisdom with his actions than his words. Dido was the kindest, most family-focused man she knew, and his life taught her to put family first. She considers everyone her teacher and every interaction an opportunity to learn more. From Server to REALTOR®
Chantelle is grateful for her humble beginnings as a server. Her nine years of servitude taught her to balance, manage, be efficient, and serve people. These skills served her especially well in real estate where balance and service are key.
Chantelle discovered her interest in investments, finance, and interior design soon after. Coupled with her love of communication, people, and culture, she felt being a REALTOR® was the best of all those things. At the forefront of those are people, lifestyle, cultures, and maximizing an enjoyable life through housing, real estate, and community.
Since then, Chantelle has been on fire. She is an award-winning REALTOR® and a RE/MAX Relocation Specialist in Victoria, BC. Her most recent accolade is the MLS Gold! She is most known for connecting with her clients to help them make the best decision for their lifestyle and educating them so they can make informed decisions. Helping her clients is more than a sale; she genuinely wants them to find their dream home.
Balancing Home and Work
Chantelle thrives in a busy environment—thanks to her previous job as a server. However, if her Dido taught her anything, it was the importance of family. The real estate industry is one that allows for a comfortable life, but finding the perfect balance takes time.
She appreciates the opportunity to take longer holidays during slower months, but when business doesn’t slow down it’s hard to find downtime. To cope, she creates systems so that taking a break doesn’t stop everything. Her clients get taken care of and she still gets to practice self-care when she hikes for a couple hours, goes to the beach, or spends time with family. Having a community of good real estate agents she trusts is key. Together, they can ease each other’s loads and allow for a healthy work-life balance.
She Loves Her Job
She expresses her gratitude to the likeminded individuals who took the time to guide her and help shaped her career. Networking groups, RE/MAX brokers and agents, and conveyancing all contributed to her personal and professional development. And that’s what she always wanted.

Then when it’s time to unwind, Chantelle loves to travel, paddleboard, and meet friends for a hike. Recently, she also picked up cooking. If life taught her anything, it is to enjoy it to the max.
